Hi, my name’s Devon Hamon.
Like many of the amazing Careview customers that we support, our own journey with Careview was prompted by lived experience. As participants in the scheme, we found it challenging keeping on top of how our children’s funding was being used.
There wasn’t really anything available at the time that was easily accessible, so I decided to build it. I knew that to have a positive impact on other NDIS participants, we needed to develop a software platform that NDIS Service Providers of any size could benefit from using.
Since the platform launched in 2018 over 475 organisations have joined our customer community and as of June 2021 there were over 91,000 NDIS participants being supported through Careview.
My team and I are proud of what we’ve achieved in a relatively short space of time. We also feel we’re only just getting started, there’s so much more that we want to build that will have a positive benefit for NDIS Participants and Service Providers.

Having worked as a technical consultant for some of Australia’s largest NDIS service providers prior to starting Careview, Devon has a unique combination of both professional and lived experience with the NDIS.
When not working Devon enjoys spending time with his wife Bec and their two children, going to the gym and relaxing at coffee shops.
Joining Careview initially as a Customer Support Specialist, Olga loved helping our amazing clients with her passion for solving problems. With 10 years prior experience working at global companies in project management and technical support roles, Olga quickly transitioned into the Product Manager role at Careview. A typical day for Olga will involve prioritising product features and capabilities, understanding and representing user needs. Olga loves her job as a product manager and cares deeply about building amazing experiences for our users, always aiming for the most simple, logical, and effective solutions to any problem.
Nicole is passionate about delivering a standard of customer Support that goes beyond the customer’s expectations. Driven by over 20 years of industry experience, she takes pride in ensuring her team deliver the best customer support possible. Nicole’s goals include ensuring our clients are supported in a timely manner and that they feel every interaction with our Support Team is a positive one.
A start-up enthusiast and product evangelist, Mrinmay has successfully created two products from concepts and taken them to market. With a proven technical mind, Mrinmay has been working with the Microsoft .Net technology stack, as well as Microsoft Azure, since their inception.
Mrinmay is a leader in the field of database modelling and design and provides technical leadership and oversight across our technical infrastructure and engineering team.
Kent loves working with our new clients to assist them in joining our customer community. Kent is passionate about our customer’s journey and gains a lot of satisfaction in assisting them to use Careview to the fullest.
Richard has been involved with training, implementation and support for accounting and financial solutions for the last 20 years and loves sharing knowledge and helping people.
With an extreme eye for detail and friendly manner, Richard ensures our training sessions are tailored to the recipient’s needs, so they can focus on getting the most out of Careview for the NDIS participants they’re
Madeleine has a strong customer service background. With extensive experience in customer facing professions, Madeleine fully understands what it takes to give people a great experience when using a product. Madeleine is always happy to help and prides herself on making sure our customer’s are left feeling like their concerns have been resolved in the best way possible.
With a substantial background in tech support, Julian’s penchant for troubleshooting technical issues comes second only to his enthusiasm in relating to people.
His personal interest in matters such as data privacy and cybersecurity present a beneficial influence when dealing with sensitive company and client information. In his spare time Julian enjoys board games, gardening and mountain climbing.
A problem-solving oriented and customer satisfaction driven software test analyst, with a passion in developing projects which bring value and contribution to our community. Huong has 7 years expertise in defining and performing quality assurance across various industries and environments. In her spare time, Huong enjoys gardening, strolling around with her dogs and spending some quality time with family.
James is passionate about technology solutions and our customers alike. Having run a service desk in the past for a large company, quality and customer service come first.
James enjoys client interaction, providing demonstrations for Careview and providing personalised service to help our clients get the best out of their product and themselves.
