We allow an hour to run through the software and answer any questions you may have. We take this time to understand your needs and identify how we can help to support you in working smarter, not harder.

We will send you a link through our online calendar when you book a demonstration. To join the meeting, you simply click on the link that was sent to your email. You can choose Zoom or Microsoft Teams for your online demonstration when booking. Please be aware that the Specialist will disconnect after 15 minutes if no attendees are connected.

Each of our demonstrations is personalised to our clients. You can also add other team members if you want them to join as well.

We normally allow 1 to 3 weeks, although it depends on the size of your organisation; we can discuss this with you in your demonstration.

Yes! We provide comprehensive training as part of our onboarding process. Our training ensures our clients understand how to use the software so that they can gain the most out of it.

You will be assigned an implementation specialist to support you through onboarding. Your specialist will be your first point of contact from here, allowing you to communicate efficiently with them and build a strong relationship.

Yes! We offer a 2-week free trial. We will discuss how to access your free trial when you attend the demonstration. Before subscribing, we want our clients to experience our software and see how it can benefit them.

Your subscription fee is billed monthly.
